SHIPPING PRODUCTS
Packages are usually shipped within 10 (ten) days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and delivery without signature.
Shipping costs include packaging costs as well as handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to bundle your items into a single order. We cannot consolidate two separate orders placed separately, and delivery charges will apply to each of them.
WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The Internet user has a period of 30 (thirty) days (hereinafter referred to as the "Withdrawal Period") from the Receipt of the Products as defined in Article 9.3 above, to (i) exercise his/her right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason, and (ii) return to the Seller the Product(s) concerned (hereinafter referred to as the "Right of Withdrawal").
Clothing and lingerie can be returned provided that they have not been worn, washed and that the product tags have not been removed.
To exercise his/her Right of withdrawal, the Internet user must return the Product(s) concerned, accompanied by the duly completed withdrawal form (appearing on the Site), to the Seller before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period, under the conditions specified below: If the said form is not printed, the Internet user may exercise his/her Right of withdrawal on "plain paper" within the Withdrawal Period in compliance with the provisions below.

Regardless of the method of return chosen, the Internet user must imperatively accompany his returned product with the return slip duly completed and downloaded from his Customer Area or the free declaration of withdrawal containing the order and shipping references.
The burden of proof of the return of the Products lies with the Internet user. As such, the Internet user must keep the proof of delivery of the parcel which will be given to him by the carrier he has chosen. In case of loss of the package, no refund can be made without this proof of deposit.
In the event of exercising its Right of withdrawal by the Internet user, the Seller will reimburse the Internet user for all payments received relating to the purchase of the Product(s) for which the Right of withdrawal is exercised, including any initial delivery costs paid by the Internet user, provided that the withdrawal relates to the entire order. If the order is not fully recorded, the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal will not result in the reimbursement of any initial delivery costs paid by the Internet user.
In the event of a return of Product(s) that have been the subject of promotional offers, such as bulk sales, commercial offers such as "1 product purchased, the 2nd at 1 euro", conditional promotional offers allowing you to obtain a discount according to the volume of products purchased or the granting of a gift for the purchase of one or more products, the following conditions apply.
The refund of the returned Product(s) and, if applicable, any initial delivery costs paid by the Internet User at the time of the order, will be made no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Seller has collected the product(s)
Product(s) returned.
The refund of the Internet user will be made according to the same means of payment used by the Internet user for the payment of his order.
It is, however, specified that the said initial delivery costs paid by the Internet user will only be reimbursed up to the costs corresponding to the standard delivery method.
In the event of payment of an order by the Internet user by credit card and gift card, the refund will be made primarily by credit card within the limit of the amount paid by credit card by the Internet user and the possible balance will give rise to the issuance of a virtual gift card.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any returned Product that would be depreciated due to manipulations by the Internet user other than those necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the Product(s) concerned by the return. This will be the case if the Product is damaged, soiled, incomplete or has been worn, except for the fitting of the Product. In addition, the Seller is not required to accept returns of Product(s) and to proceed with the refund of the Product(s), in the event that the Internet user does not comply with the provisions of this article relating to the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.
